Step 4: In the opened “Properties” window, look for “Internet protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)” under “This connection uses the following items” section and uncheck the checkbox
Step 6: Finally, click on “Ok” to save the changes and then restart your computer. After restart, please check if the error is resolved.
Method 2: Uninstall third parties’ application causing conflict with NordVPN

Step 1: Click on “Start” button and click on “Control Panel”
Step 2: In the opened “Control Panel” window, click on “Programs & features”

Step 1: Open “NordVPN” app and disconnect from any currently active sessions
Step 2: Click on “Gear” icon and click on “Advanced”
Step 3: Click on “Protocol” dropdown and check “TCP”. Change your protocol from TCP to UDP

Step 7: Click on “Save” button to forward the 500 UDP port and close control panel
